Keep re-injuring the same knee? Your rehab missed something. đ
Most recurring knee injuries arenât bad luck. Theyâre gaps in the rehab. Check these 3 things:
1ď¸âŁ Is your knee actually strong enough?
Not âfeels fineâ strong. Tested strong. Quads and hamstrings need to be up to the job.
2ď¸âŁ Whatâs happening above and below the knee?
Hips, ankles and trunk all feed into how load hits the knee. If theyâre not doing their job, the knee takes the overload.
3ď¸âŁ Have you exposed it to what your sport demands?
Plyometrics. Change of direction. Load tolerance. Full range of movement. If you skipped these, your knee isnât ready. Itâs just quiet.
Ticked all three and still struggling? Thatâs where we come in.
đ Book our half-price initial assessment and weâll find whatâs being missed and give you clear answers with a clear plan to follow.

Adductors - still one of the most under-assessed, under-loaded muscle groups in lower-limb rehab. And thatâs despite the role they play in pelvic control, frontal plane stability, and force transfer through the hip and knee.
Weak adductors donât stay isolated. The hamstrings pick up the slack. Knee mechanics shift. Thatâs how you end up with symptoms that keep coming back.
Groin squeeze testing gives us the objective data - strength, side-to-side asymmetry - so weâre working off numbers, not assumptions.
This is exactly why we built the 360 Assessment. We test everything, so you walk away with a clear plan. No guesswork.

Squat, hinge, or deadlift and something just doesnât feel right? đ¨
Youâve rested. Youâve foam rolled. Youâve watched every YouTube âfix.â And it still creeps back.
Thatâs because generic fixes treat symptoms - not the actual weak link in your chain.
We test every muscle involved with clinical-grade equipment. Real data. No guesswork. We find exactly where the breakdown is happening, fix it, and get you back to lifting heavy - properly.

Most shoulder rehab stops at light bands and endless rotations.
But real shoulders need to absorb force, stabilise under load, and react fast. Train for that, or the pain keeps coming back.
We use an âEliteâ rehab approach that exposes the shoulder to force and impact in a controlled way â so itâs ready for anything.
Swipe for 3 exercises we use to build a bulletproof shoulder đ
1ď¸âŁ Landmine Press â Safer angle, same heavy strength, mimics real pushing forces.
2ď¸âŁ Push-Up Plyometrics â Turns strength into power. Handle this, and daily life feels easy.
3ď¸âŁ Medball Wall Slams â Integrates shoulder, hips, and core into one athletic unit.
Still stuck on bands with no progress? Thatâs a placeholder, not a plan.

Your groin isnât the problem. Your hips stopped working
This is what early-phase hip rehab looks like for footballers - hinge, extend, reload. Most groin issues arenât a groin problem at all â itâs the hip failing to control load through the chain, and the groin taking the hit for it.
Three exercises. One goal: get the right things firing again.
â Hip Lock and Reach â hip stability through range
â Hamstring Bridge ISO with Band â posterior chain, glute-hamstring link
â Lunge ISO â control under length, not collapse
Comment Assessment and to know exactly where to start
Your hamstring isnât the problem. Itâs the messenger.
We forced Samâs big toe to load through this hamstring bridge â and watch what happens. That shake isnât weakness. Itâs her nervous system getting exposed to a demand it hasnât had to handle yet.
This is exactly why generic ârest and stretchâ advice doesnât fix recurring hamstring injuries. If your body canât control this position under load, itâll keep finding ways to break down when you run.
We donât just treat pain. We find what the bodyâs been avoiding â before it becomes your next injury.
