Let's talk sew ins

Lately we've seen a lot of badly fitted sew in weft extensions that have caused major damage to natural hair.
You prob think as long as they feel secure it's not a problem but an incorrect fit is so damaging to your hair and can cause permanent hair damage and loss.

As with all extensions fitting and maintenance is important. And maintenance should be one of the major questions you should be discussing with your extension specialist. Also which type of extension is best suited to your hair type for your desired result and how often you shpuld be getting your refits done. so getting the right salon and extension specialist for your hair is vital.

⭐️sew in wefts are not for everyone ⭐️

If fitted correctly the overall weight of the weft should be evenly distributed across your hair section and the stich tension should be firm and stitched to each bead. This will allow your hair to grow healthy and as it does the weave grows down with the exact same tension and weight distribution as it was at point of fitting. In turn this causes no damage to your natural hair.

As you can see in the pictures of our clients 4 week growth the weft has grown with her hair. No breaking, matting or uneven tension. The weft has grown in a uniform patten maintaining the same even weight distribution as when first installed and even after 4 weeks growth her hair when styled falls lovely and smooth no bumps or loose ends of the weft showing through.

Its so important to ask the questions as your consultation and make sure you get the correct fitting be it wefts, nanos tapes, or nano weft thetes so many options for you to achieve you happy healthy hair of your dreams 😀

Our lovely lady we transformed today colour and refit of extensions.

She had her first set fitted in America while on holiday and came to us today to refresh her colour and refit their original work. This was wefts and stick tips.

As a rule we don't recommend stick tip application on fine damaged hair and a new system will be in place for her to get a much better effect that's much kinder to her hair. But this shows how much of a transformation hair extensions can make
