We treated the larger left masseter to soften lower-face asymmetry and slim the jawline, then refined the chin for a softer, more balanced contour.

A subtle enhancement to the lower lip complemented her natural sweetheart shape, while anti-wrinkle treatment softened the frown and gently lifted the brows.

Treating the nose to gently lift the tip and refine the profile, while adding soft structure and projection through the lips.

Rather than treating each feature in isolation, the focus was on how the nose, lips and chin sit together from the side, creating a softer, more balanced profile while keeping everything natural to her.

Softening under-eye hollowness with tear trough filler💉

My client’s main concern was the deeper hollowing beneath the eyes, which was creating visible shadowing and a more tired appearance.

Using carefully placed tear trough filler, we restored volume through the areas of deficit to soften the hollow and create a smoother transition between the under eye and cheek.

The lips had previously been overfilled, with volume sitting outside of the natural lip profile. We stripped everything back with a full dissolve before rebuilding the lips in line with her natural anatomy, restoring shape, structure and volume without overpowering her features.

For the chin, the focus was on elongation to complement the facial profile. By adding subtle length and refining the shape of a naturally squarer chin, we’ve softened the lower face and created better proportion throughout.

For this beautiful client, we took a two-part approach to facial balancing.

We started with a full lip dissolve to remove previous filler that had become uneven and lumpy. From there, we rebuilt the lips, focusing on soft structure, definition and a shape that complements her natural lip anatomy🫦

Alongside this, we treated the masseter muscles, which were enlarged and contributing to tension and heaviness through the lower face.As the muscles relaxed, we achieved a softer, slimmer jawline with improved facial symmetry.
