3 years ago I qualified as a hairdresser and quit 3 days later.

I had no confidence in myself and the
pressure of the industry felt like too much. I honestly think this isn’t talked about enough.

For me it was a mix of comparing
myself to others, feeling behind and convincing myself I wasn’t good enough.

8 months ago I started my own
business and I’m now self-employed BALAYAGE - BLONDES - VIVIDS

Looking back, I can see that my ability was never really the problem. My confidence was.
I know I can’t be the only person who
has felt the pressure, the self-doubt or the fear of not being good enough.
