A LITTLE UPDATE ABOUT POSTAGE — PLEASE READ!

We completely understand how frustrating it is when a parcel doesn’t arrive when expected. We want your orders to reach you just as much as you do!

We dispatch the vast majority of orders the same day or the next working day. Once your parcel leaves us, however, its delivery is out of our hands.

Over the last six months, we’ve experienced some incredibly frustrating issues with Royal Mail, including delays and tracking notifications showing parcels as delivered when customers tell us they haven’t received them.

We’re now looking at alternative delivery options, including Evri, in the hope of improving things. But let’s be honest, every courier seems to have its problems, and sometimes it feels like we simply can’t win!

Unfortunately, we may now have to review our entire postage system and move towards tracked and signed-for delivery. This would inevitably mean an increase in postage costs across our website, which is something we really don’t want to do.

Please remember that we dispatch your orders promptly, but we cannot control what happens once they leave us.

We will always do our best to help when there’s a delivery problem, but we do ask that customers please don’t blame us for delays or delivery issues beyond our control.

We’re a small business working hard to provide quality products and good service. Dealing with courier problems takes time away from running our business, and it’s incredibly frustrating for us too.

We appreciate that nobody wants to pay more for postage, which is why we’re reviewing our options carefully before making any changes.

✨ A little more goes into our ExfoWeaves than meets the eye…

Our ExfoWeave™ wasn't created overnight. After many months of development, we carefully designed a textured weave specifically for use on dogs and animals. It wasn't a case of picking a random cloth and putting our name on it. A huge amount of thought and development went into getting it right.

And that's only part of the story!

Every ExfoWeave is individually hand-folded, placed into its own bag and finished with our tag and label. The weave, the packaging and all the finishing touches come together from different suppliers, with the final product assembled by hand by us.

It's a lot of work behind the scenes, but we believe those details matter. We're not simply buying something in and reselling it. We're developing our own products and building the Taromi brand with care, from the initial idea right through to the finished product.
