And the beautiful thing is, everyone experiences Reiki differently.

Some feel warmth.
Some feel tingling.
Some feel deeply relaxed.
Some experience emotions or a sense of release.
And some feel very little during the session, but notice afterwards that they feel calmer, lighter or simply more like themselves. 🤍

There’s no right or wrong way to experience it.

You just have to see what your experience might be✨

Sometimes we’re so good at showing up for everyone else that we forget to offer that same kindness to ourselves.

When the Heart Chakra feels balanced, you may feel more open, connected and compassionate.

When things feel a little off, you might notice yourself feeling closed off, disconnected, hurt or finding it difficult to let go.

Honestly… such magical moments today. ✨🦋

This is why I love what I do.

It’s so much more than simply lying on a treatment bed for an hour.

It’s the space to pause.
To release.
To reconnect.
To listen to what you already know deep down.

And sometimes… the messages that come through are exactly what someone needed to hear🤍
