💈 Important Update to All My Clients 💈

I’d just like to let everyone know that there’s recently been a reshuffle within the business.

The good news is that nothing will change for you as a client. You’ll still receive the same service, the same attention to detail, and the same commitment to making sure you leave the chair looking and feeling your best.

The only change is that I am now self-employed, which means our appointments are now our sole source of income.

With that in mind, I’d kindly ask for your support with a few things:

⏰ Please arrive on 10 minutes before your appointment.
✂️ Please book the correct service so we can allow enough time for everyone.
📅 If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible.
💷 Cash is always welcomed (and appreciated) a little more than card payments 😉

Late arrivals, incorrect bookings and last-minute cancellations can have a real impact on my working day, so your understanding means a lot.

Thank you all for your continued loyalty, support and trust. Being able to do what I love every day is only possible because of you, and I genuinely appreciate every single one of you.
