Yep. I’m calling you out on this one! 😂
This is one of my most common treatments right now, because everyone is going for the subtle natural look.
You’re spending money getting your lashes lifted, but then you’re going home and doing the very things that could be affecting your results.
Sound familiar?
👉 You’re aggressively rubbing your eyes to get your mascara off.
👉 You’re using waterproof mascara and practically scrubbing your lashes to remove it.
👉 You’re picking at your lashes or constantly touching them without even realising.
👉 You’re investing in expensive hair conditioners but haven’t conditioned your lashes once.
👉 You’re expecting your Korean Lash Lift to look exactly the same 6 weeks later, forgetting that your natural lashes are constantly shedding and growing.
And then you’re wondering why your lash lift hasn’t lasted as long as you’d hoped!
Here’s what I need you to understand…
Your natural lashes are HAIR. And just like the hair on your head, they can become dry, fragile and damaged.
A Korean Lash Lift enhances what you’ve already got. It doesn’t repair damaged lashes or stop your natural lash cycle.
And yes, sometimes the treatment technique can affect the results too. But what you’re doing to your lashes between appointments matters!
So if you’re guilty of any of the above, it’s time to start treating those lashes a little better.
Be gentle removing your makeup, stop pulling at your lashes and introduce a suitable lash-conditioning serum into your routine.
Perfect Korean Lash Lift’s don’t just start when you lie on my treatment bed. It starts with how you look after your lashes. 🤍
Be honest… which one are you guilty of? 👀

£20. 30 minutes. And LOOK at the difference! 😍
Who said you need to spend a fortune or have a full beauty makeover to feel good about yourself?
Sometimes, the simplest treatments make the BIGGEST difference! 🤎
This client is always on the go, and a little brow tint and lash tint is one of the few things she makes time for.
And honestly, just LOOK at those eyes! 👀
More definition, brighter-looking eyes and a little confidence boost, all in half an hour.
Why does looking after yourself have to be complicated, expensive or time consuming?
Sometimes, it’s just about making YOU a priority for 30 minutes. ✨
Fancy a little refresh? Get yourself booked in! 🤎

The weekly recap is back! 🤎
A week of mixed emotions, little moments and some much-needed time to slow down.
A fresh hair day, a team day out involving escape rooms, arcade games, cocktails and good food! 🥂
Coffee and a little shopping trip with Nan, including finding myself a new winter coat. 🤎
Last week also would have been Ella’s 8th birthday. Instead of celebrating with her, we were remembering her. 🐾❤️ I’ve been looking at personalised Christmas baubles so she can still have her special place on our tree this year.
It’s been a difficult week emotionally, and sometimes you realise that slowing down is exactly what you need. Not every week has to be productive, busy or full of plans.
But amongst the difficult moments, there have been some really lovely ones too.
A slower week, but ending it on a good note. 🫶🏻
I’ve never forgotten what it feels like to be absolutely terrified of needles. And I’ve always made sure my clients feel in control of their treatments. That’s exactly why I approach nervous clients the way I do. 💉
I know how daunting it can feel, especially when you’ve had a bad experience in the past!
And after seeing how many of you mentioned a fear of needles in my recent poll, I knew I needed to talk about it.
Whether you’re considering Botox for your fine lines or another injectable treatment, I want you to know that you’ll never be rushed, pressured or made to feel silly for being nervous.
There are ways we can make your experience more comfortable, and sometimes the first step is simply having a conversation.
Feeling confident in your skin should never mean feeling pressured into a treatment. 🫶🏻
Be honest, what’s your biggest fear when it comes to injectables? The needle, the pain or the unknown? 👀

Three photos. Six years apart. But the biggest difference isn’t what you can see.
At 30, I was coming out of some of the hardest years of my life. My 20s had involved a mental health breakdown, antidepressants and a long journey of trying to find myself again.
I was the woman who put everyone else first. I worried about upsetting people, felt guilty for saying no and constantly put my own needs at the bottom of the list.
Here are the harsh lessons I had to learn…
1. You can be everything to everyone and still be miserable within yourself. Keeping everybody else happy doesn’t guarantee your own happiness.
2. Not everyone deserves access to your time and energy. Just because someone expects something from you doesn’t mean you owe it to them.
3. Choosing yourself will sometimes upset people. And learning to be comfortable with that is one of the most freeing things you can do.
4. Your health will eventually demand the attention you keep refusing to give it. Looking after yourself isn’t a reward for getting everything else done. It needs to be a priority.
5. The people you surround yourself with, matter more than you realise. Spend time with people who add value to your life, not people who constantly drain you.
6. Confidence doesn’t come from looking perfect. It comes from trusting yourself, respecting your boundaries and being comfortable with who you are.
Fast forward to 36, and I’m not the same woman.
I invest in my health, I make time for things that make me happy, I surround myself with people who genuinely add value to my life, and I’ve learnt to say no without feeling the need to explain myself.
I don’t think I look different today simply because I’m six years older or because I work in beauty.
I think the biggest difference is that I finally started choosing myself.
At 30, I was terrified of disappointing other people. At 36, I’m more terrified of disappointing myself.
And that’s a lesson I wish I’d learnt much sooner. 🤎
Which of these lessons resonates with you the most?
Is your skincare starting to plateau? 👀
You’re investing in good products, staying consistent with your routine, but still not seeing the results you want?
Sometimes it’s not about adding another serum, but understanding what your skin actually needs. ✨
Microneedling could be the next step for concerns like fine lines, texture and skin rejuvenation.
💬 What’s stopping you from trying microneedling? The needles, the pain or simply not knowing enough about it?

✨ The number ONE thing I see in my clients with the healthiest looking skin in their 40s and beyond?
They understand that great skin doesn’t happen overnight. It’s about consistency, understanding your skin and choosing the right treatments rather than chasing quick fixes.
As we get older, our skin naturally changes. Collagen production slows, hormones fluctuate, and we may start noticing fine lines, pigmentation, dryness and a loss of firmness.
But here’s what I want more women to understand… You don’t have to stop ageing. You just need to understand how to look after your skin as it changes. 🤎
✨ Why is your skin changing?
Ageing, hormones, sun exposure and lifestyle all play a part. What worked for your skin in your 20s or 30s might not be what it needs in your 40s and 50s.
✨ Which treatments actually work?
That depends on YOUR skin concerns. Anti-wrinkle treatments can soften expression lines, microneedling can improve texture and stimulate collagen, chemical peels can target uneven tone, and skin boosters may help improve hydration and skin quality.
✨ How do you avoid wasting money?
Stop buying every trending skincare product or booking treatments just because someone else has had them. Start with the basics: daily SPF, a consistent skincare routine and professional advice tailored to your skin.
And here’s something I always tell my clients…
You don’t need every treatment. You need the RIGHT treatments, at the RIGHT time, for YOUR skin.
Healthy looking skin is a long-term investment. Think consistency over 6–12 months, not expecting a complete transformation after one appointment.
My approach is about enhancing your natural beauty, improving skin quality and helping you feel confident at every age.

The Sunday weekly recap is back! 🫶🏻✨
A little bit of work, a lot of good food, great company and making memories along the way!
This week has been all about catching up with some of my favourite people, enjoying delicious food and finding those little moments in between the everyday chaos 🤎
A trip to London for work, trying out the new Chapel restaurant in Stony Stratford and a visit to Ole Tapas Bar Milton Keynes in Wolverton. Safe to say, I’ve eaten VERY well this week! 🍷🍴
Oh, and the new guest bedroom bed has finally arrived! Slowly but surely, the house is coming together. Anyone else constantly finding another room to redecorate? 😂🏡
Sunday has been a mix of gym, padel and catching up on Bellarosa Academy admin. Because apparently I don’t know how to sit still! 🤣
Another week of trying to find that balance between building my businesses, looking after myself and actually enjoying life along the way.
Here’s to more weeks filled with good people, good food and doing things that make us happy! 🥂

Your skincare journey is exactly that. A JOURNEY. 🤎
Meet Beth. Over the past year, she’s really started prioritising herself and her skin. Her goal? Healthier, glowing skin and improving the appearance of pigmentation.
But here’s something I think more people need to understand…
You are NOT expected to know exactly what your skin needs. That’s MY job.
Your skin doesn’t stay the same forever. Hormones, lifestyle, stress, the seasons and even the products you’re using can all influence how your skin behaves. What worked for you six months ago might not be what your skin needs today, and that’s OKAY!
Think of it like a fitness journey. You wouldn’t expect to walk into the gym once and achieve your dream body overnight, would you? Skincare is no different.
With Beth, we’ve been working together, discussing her concerns, reviewing what her skin needs and making decisions along the way. She’s listened to my advice, been consistent and genuinely invested in looking after herself.
These photos show her skin before, immediately after microneedling and Seventy Hyal, the following day, and then looking fresh and glowing on a night out. And whilst we’re already seeing a lovely glow, improving pigmentation is a longer-term goal that takes time.
This is why I invest in my education. Not just to offer another treatment or add another certificate to the wall. I invest in education because I want to UNDERSTAND your skin. I want to know WHY we’re doing something, WHAT we’re trying to achieve and HOW we can work towards it safely.
And if I don’t know the answer? I’ll tell you. Then I’ll do my research or seek the right advice. Because skincare should never be about guessing or promising overnight miracles.
It’s about education, consistency, realistic expectations and having someone in your corner who genuinely cares about your results.
You don’t need to have all the answers. That’s what I’m here for. 🤎
✨ Want to understand your skin better? I’ve put together a FREE skincare guide to help you understand what your skin really needs and how to start looking after it properly.
Comment SKIN below and I’ll send it directly to you! 🤎
How my client went from trying product after product for her pigmentation… to starting a treatment plan actually tailored to her skin. 🤎
My client came to me because the products she’d been using just weren’t giving her the changes she wanted to see.
And sometimes, buying another serum isn’t the answer.
Today we started her skin journey with microneedling alongside Seventy Hyal injectable skin booster, focusing on improving overall skin quality, hydration and creating a brighter, more even-looking complexion.
This is her skin immediately after treatment, not the final result.
Now we let her skin do its thing. ✨
I’ll be documenting her journey so we can compare her skin as we go.
If you’ve been throwing money at skincare but still aren’t seeing the changes you want, DM me SKIN and we can look at what might actually suit your skin.
