Omg, did I have something to say in the comments here!
Between the lines of this absolutely horrific journalism, (headline included)
I can “see” absolutely crystal clearly what really has happened here, and the causes to why it happened.
And it’s very plain and simple …
He’s had a mental breakdown 2 years into vision loss whilst under the influence
Yet not once is that said
And the commenters can’t see it either
And people call my community “BLIND” as an insult? 🧐🙄🤦🏼♀️
Anyway … moving forward, instead of passing judgement, maybe support your local vision loss/ low vision clinic, and the rehabilitation program at guide dogs, following the earlier stages of vision loss
Maybe that is the way forward, to stop things like this happening earlier … 🧐

So on Thursday, (30th July)
TBB1 celebrated her 18th birthday! 🥳🎂
Please let me publicly introduce my Eldest Madison Mason Holder
Here is a photo dump of some of our hair endeavours over the years
… it all started with learning how to do a french plait, back when Frozen hit the cinemas some 11 or twelve years ago?!?…
Together we very unintentionally built on that.
Happy birthday Madison 😘🍾

Last weekend, I had the absolute pleasure of braiding Beverley’s hair again!
She has the prettiest tones, in Which translates to my severely visually impaired head, to be “zebra Stripes” ❤️🦓💕
( probably my Charles bonnet syndrome working with my useful vision)
I am also mobile- we can come to you, or you can come to me this summer! 🌞☀️🕶️

How are everyone’s kids coping with their hair in this heatwave?
So generally around this time of year, I keep my girls with tight Dutch braids, corn rows, box braids etc, that usually last a good week, and effectively braid the existing braids together daily to keep things neat and tidy
This year however…. Wooo hooo… they don’t want to and can’t stay still enough for me to get the semi permanent ones weaved in! 🥴🤣
“Maaaammmm… it’s too hot for this nonsense!”
“My head is too sticky”
“I don’t have the patience today”
“ I just wanna play outside”
So back to basics it is, with a simple Dutch on TBB3 today
Quick tip- Dutch stitches also lock in the moisture, particularly when playing in paddling and swimming pools abit longer, to keep it tidy for the day
