I'm sorry to have to broach this but sadly I have had a few no shows recently so in light of this, a polite reminder to clients. , If you don't show up for your appt , or you cancel less than 24hrs before, then the appt fee is still payable. This has always been the case and has never really been an issue in the past but at the moment regrettably, it seems it needs a mention.
