After your next lip filler appointment, make sure you:
✨ Keep your lips hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
🧊 Use a cold compress if you experience any swelling.
☁️ Avoid touching or rubbing your lips for the first 24–48 hours.
🍷 Skip alcohol and intense exercise for the first 24 hours.
🔥 Avoid saunas, steam rooms and excessive heat for 48 hours.
💄 Leave lipstick and lip products off for the first 24 hours.

Remember, how long your filler lasts is mostly down to your body's natural metabolism but following aftercare is something you can actually do to help keep the best results 🥹
