Whilst it’s pedicure season and we all want pretty toes! If you do spot thickening of a toe nail, crumbly surface, discolouration.. soak the foot in salt water daily, let the air get to the nail as much as possible, file the nail down, apply anti fungal. Seek medical advice if worried and remember to use disposable files on affected nail!
