I started The Glow Training Academy because training completely changed my own life🥹🫶🏼

It gave me the skills to build a career, open businesses and create a future I never thought would be possible. I wanted to give other women that same opportunity but with the hands-on training, confidence and continued support they truly need after leaving the classroom.

Now, the foundations for the next stage of Glow are officially underway. More knowledge, higher standards and even more opportunities for our students without ever losing the personal support and community we were built on.

If you’ve trained with Educator Sophie, you’ll know her opinion. A classic facial is never “just a basic facial.” It’s where you learn to truly understand the skin and help rebuild and strengthen its barrier.

How can you progress into advanced facials if you can’t confidently treat a client who isn’t suitable for them?

Some clients aren’t ready for peels, microneedling or intensive exfoliation. Their skin may need gentle cleansing, hydration, calming ingredients and the correct homecare first.

A knowledgeable skin therapist knows when to advance, when to adapt and when to focus on barrier recovery. That’s why our Skin Specialist Course begins with classic facials before progressing into advanced treatments.
