I think my brain must be feeling relieved I’m at the end of case studies as I made this post and completely forgot to hit send 🤯

Earlier this week I did a talk for Holton le Clay WI about reflexology. A potted history about the earliest beginnings to what we now know as reflexology. And because it’s not practical to get 25 pairs of feet out we looked at the reflexes on the hands and how they can use them to help and support themselves. For instance, brain reflex and diaphragm and lungs for anxiety and stress. The intestines for supporting good digestion.

The Princess of Wales has just completed the three peaks walk to raise money for the Royal Marsden Hospital for them to continue to provide holistic therapies to support cancer patients.

There are many ways holistic and complementary therapies can support your health and wellness journey. I do just two of them Aromatherapy and Reflexology from September but there are others.

As part of the course I have to charge for these treatments and the money goes to charity.

So as May is Ehlers Danlos Syndrome Awareness month, and this is a genetic disease close to my heart treatment donations this month will go to this charity. And different charities for June and July.
