As a small business, every appointment is reserved exclusively for one client. When a cancellation is made with less than 72 hoursā notice, there is often not enough time to fill that appointment, leaving valuable time and income lost.
Cancellation policy isnāt about being difficultāitās about protecting the sustainability of our business and respecting the time weāve set aside just for you.
Many industries, including airlines, hotels, and holiday providers, charge cancellation fees because once a booking is reserved, it cannot always be resold. Appointment-based businesses operate in the same way.
By giving at least 72 hoursā notice, you give us the best opportunity to offer your appointment to someone else.
