This July Rachel will be taking part in Trek 26 to raise money for the amazing charity that is Alzheimer’s Society❤️‍🩹
Dementia does not only affects those diagnosed but everyone surrounding them too. This charity works to provide support for the family helping them through a heartbreaking journey, as well as funding research to improve care and work towards a cure.
Any donation big or small is greatly appreciated and really does make a difference🙏
