Just a reminder of my cancellation policy. This isn’t a new policy—it’s been in place since January. However, I’ve been letting people book in without taking a deposit, which is completely my own fault.

Unfortunately, I’ve had quite a few cancellations recently, and I’ve realised I need to stick to my policy to protect myself and my business.

From now on, all appointments will require a £10 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment.

When appointments are cancelled at short notice, I’m usually unable to fill that space, meaning I lose out on both my time and income.

I hope you all understand why I need to start enforcing my policy. Thank you so much to everyone who continues to support my small business—I appreciate you all so much. 🤍
