Way back in April's Circle of Light we planted sunflower seeds and intentions for the year ahead .... 🌱

Take a look at how those sunflowers have been growing!! 😯

Some have not grown much, some have been destroyed by weather, slugs or pets and some have grown like jack in the bean stalk!!

My Mum who attends the monthly Circle planted her seeds and then my Dad transferred them to the ground in May ...they have grown incredibly tall and large! 🌻🌻🌻

Mine were kept longer in a pot then transferred to the ground and still have a way to go in catching up these beauties!

Circle is all about bringing back that connection to nature, the land and the magic that can bring.

Thank you to all that joined us for the August Circle of Light. It is always an honour to sit with you and share sacred space. Hearing the chatter, the honest communication and stories from you all is such a gift to me every month.

An evening made special by honouring two August birthdays in the group, celebrating the month and all the energy it brings.

The theme was harvest, Lammas and the magic of the Lions Gate Portal on the 8th of the 8th.

We crafted magical lavender bags and filled them with personal heartfelt manifestions, crystals, shells and hearts. We wrapped them in copper to infuse it's amplifiing energy into the freshly dried lavender harvested from my garden.

There was a soothing Lions Gate meditation to help embrace the energy of the significant date, to release anything no longer serving us before recieving the Angelic flow.

The evening goes so quickly and before we know it we are back in our seats in a circle having an angel card reading.

I am so excited for the next 4 Circles of this year. I have been planning them already and can't wait to share them with you.

Gua Sha Facials are more than just a fancy facial using crystal rollers or tools to slide across the face and neck.

Gua Sha means to scrape and that is the aim of traditional Chinese gua Sha.

Facial scraping using anything from a jade facial tool to a Chinese soup spoon has many benefits:

It opens up the meridians

Opening and clearing the meridians that run along the face can hugely benefit the body. For eg for women with a cold constitution ( cold hands and feet ) facial scraping/Gua Sha can improve this. Poor circulation and insufficient Qi in the body can create cold feeling within the body but facial gua Sha. Sn change this problem.

It can shrink pores

Gua sha increases the firmness of muscles, promotes qi and blood circulation, aiding water discharge from the body and speeding up the skin metabolism of the body which all play a role in shrinking large pores.

Delay aging

Regular long term facial gua Sha helps keep the skin smoother, allowing for nutrients to be better absorbed which has an effect on delaying the aging of the skin. Speeding up blood circulation in the skin reduces the appearance of wrinkles on the face

Improve facial discoloration/age spots

By promoting blood circulation and removing blood stagnation this boosts metabolism to lighten the skin and any dark chloasma. Just one facial using gua Sha can reduce paleness and dull skin. Leaving you with a beautiful gua Sha glow.

Clean and clearing Pores

Gua Sha stimulates damaged cells that in turn strengthens how they then secrete. This restores cell regeneration and aids the secretion of waste from the sweat glands, overall cleansing the pores.

Acupressure Points stimulated

Working on specific acupressure points that can help with different issues within the skin and body. This targeted Traditional Chinese Medicine method can be used for problems such as under eye dark circles, crows feet, forehead lines.

It's natural

Gua Sha is a perfectly safe and invasive treatment. No harsh products, no toxic injections, no machinery. I use the most beautiful, locally made products within my facials. Sourcing local natural products is important to me.

🤍 What You Can Expect From A Monthly Circle 🤍

Every first Friday of the Month I hold Sacred Space for 6 ladies to gather together. It is two hours for you to switch off from your regular routine and do something just for you.

What happens:

☕ I open the Circle with a catch up of how everyone has been over the last month over a seasonal tea served in a tea cup and saucer.

📖 I share facts and folklore about the new month with opportunity for all to share their own.

🎨 We spend time being creative, it could be a simple piece of art, making a lantern, flower arranging, potting seeds, there is no pressure for this to be perfect. It's all about trying something new and fun.

🫁 There is a guided meditation with breath work on comfortable beauty couches. This helps your body relax and your mind too.

🙌🏻 I go round to each person and channel the Angelic Reiki flow to you as you lay in your meditation. This is a time for you to connect with your perfect angel and feel the Divine Love flow.

☕ More tea to help ground the energy whilst everyone comes round from the comfortable sleepy state they have been in.

💌 Angel cards are chosen and read out as we bring the Circle to a close.
