Everyone will be aware by now our best friend and Head Chef Stevie left this world last month. You may have noticed we have scaled back our opening hours to 5 days a week while we transition through this difficult period.

ABF was a great source of pride to Stevie and he would want for us to get our big boy pants on and get on with it!!

TITLE: Senior Chef

About the role: Art Bar Funkel is a family run bistro and outside catering business. Well known for its “food for sharing concept”. We are looking for a chef to join our professional staff and to develop and grow within the role. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Train and supervise staff
Provide innovative and delicious food experiences
Design new menus / specials
Writing rotas
Orders and Kitchen Management

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Prior experience as a chef ( 4 years minimum)
Experience leading a kitchen
Ambitious with a passion for food
Great organisational skills
SALARY AND BENEFITS:

40 hour working week
