We understand that unexpected events may arise and strive to accommodate all clients to the best of our ability. However, due to increasing numbers of missed appointments & late cancellations we are now introducing a new booking & cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice. Reminders will now be sent 48 hours before your appointment allowing you time to do so if needed. This will allow us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting for availability & for you to be rescheduled to another time if you wish.

*Please note cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will result in a charge equal to 50% of the booking.

*Future bookings will now require you to enter card details. You will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment as per T&C’s.
