From now on, any appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Last-minute cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

This has always been our policy, but we've been more lenient than we should have been. Unfortunately, this is no longer sustainable for us as a small business. When appointments are cancelled at the last minute or clients don't attend, it's almost impossible to fill that appointment slot, which means we lose valuable income.

Going forward, when booking a new appointment through Fresha, you'll be asked to provide your card details to secure your booking. No payment will be taken at the time of booking. Your card will only be charged if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, make a last-minute cancellation, or fail to attend your appointment, in line with the policy above.

If any cancellation or no-show fee remains unpaid after 24 hours, unfortunately you will be unable to book any future appointments, and any existing appointments booked with us will be cancelled until the outstanding balance has been cleared.
