I’m now 3 weeks away from having a baby, so I’m going to be honest: being messed around with appointments is becoming really frustrating.

Last-minute cancellations, changing times repeatedly, not turning up, or poor communication is not fair. At this stage of pregnancy I’m exhausted, uncomfortable, and planning my days carefully around appointments.

I always try to make things fair for everyone by offering a free consultation, giving my time and advice before any booking is made. All I ask in return is a bit of respect for my time and proper communication.

I completely understand that unexpected things happen, but a quick message if you can’t make an appointment goes a long way. Please don’t book appointments you don’t intend to keep.
