Just a little update from us…

Ellen is now on holiday for the next two weeks, and the salon will be closed on 24th, 30th and 31st July while Sarah takes a few days off for childcare.

We’d also like to remind everyone that we’ve been incredibly busy and continue to be fully booked a fair few weeks in advance. If you can, please book your appointments in advance.
We are unable to accommodate last minute appointment requests most of the time as availability is very limited and we hate having to disappoint people.

I’ve always taken my vitamins in tablet form, but I started thinking about how much my body has to process, so I decided to try B-Complex and NAD+ injections with Vicki at Skin Longevity.

This lovely client last visited me in July last year, and just look at how beautifully her colour has grown out. 🙌

This time, we decided to switch things up from a balayage to a full head of babylights with a soft root tap. We wanted to brighten her up while avoiding a harsh regrowth line — keeping everything soft, blended, and low maintenance.

We also gave her a full restyle, removing some weight and adding lots more movement and shape. Her hair had become quite heavy from being one length, and now she has a cut that’s versatile enough to wear curled, straight, or in a bouncy blow-dry.

Grey blending 😍

First colour appointment for this lovely client ✨

She’d been colouring her hair at home but was tired of the harsh root regrowth and wanted something softer and more low-maintenance — while still staying brunette 🤎

We created a full head of soft babylights to break up the roots and gently blend her greys, keeping everything natural and seamless. I then applied an ash brown semi-permanent between the foils to neutralise warmth and maintain that rich brunette tone.

Her hair lifted beautifully clean, so we finished with a toner to perfect the final shade ✨

The best part? This will grow out super softly, meaning lower maintenance appointments moving forward 🙌
