A little reminder from a small business owner… 🤍

When you don’t turn up to your appointment, or cancel at the last minute, it doesn’t just leave an empty space in my diary.

It leaves time that could have been offered to another client, income that can’t always be replaced, and hours I’ve set aside especially for you.

As a self-employed business, I don’t receive sick pay, holiday pay, or a guaranteed wage. Every appointment matters and helps keep my business running.

I completely understand that genuine emergencies happen, and I’ll always do my best to be understanding. But repeated last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a huge impact on small businesses like mine.

Thank you to every client who respects my time, gives plenty of notice if plans change, and supports my business. It truly doesn’t go unnoticed. 🤍

My cancellation policy is in place to protect the time I’ve reserved especially for you, and I really appreciate your understanding.

Hd Brows - tomorrow 5pm. £15 ( usually 22)

Friday
Korean lash lift - 10:30am. £30 ( usually 42)
