My client said to me...
"I just feel like my lips are flat, I feel like they are ageing me"
My client was young - mid 30's.
But still - our collagen is reducing and the signs do begin to show on the lips. A flatter appearance, fine lines and lack of volume, these are all signs of our lips ageing.
ALOT of people when they think about lip filler do not consider it as an anti-ageing treatment....
But - the lips DO age. And lip filler can be used simply to add hydration, structure and soft volume.

My client said to me "I just want my lips to look less aged"
I already knew how her lips were going to look when we finished treatment.
She had a stunning natural lip shape, however I agreed that her lips had began to lose their shape and volume.
She felt they looked flat and made her feel older than what she was.
We used 0.5ml of REVOLAX opting for their finest filler.
The result is so beautiful, but they will soften usually around 20% after swelling.

The boss b*tch era is OVER for me. ❌🙅♀️
I'm not afraid to say it.
When you run your own business it's so easy to get caught up in what everyone else is doing and think that that's 'right'
After 8 years with my own clinic and 14 years in the industry I've seen a lot and evolved a lot. But this is the version I am enjoying the most.
It's saying NOPE to a way of working that does not allow me balance, freedom and spare energy.
GONE is the hustle side of me and HELLO to the way of working that suits MY life. Not the life of a full time boss girl.
A work like that gives me balance and peace to be able to enjoy my work, yet still gives me space for my children, relationship and time left for me.
It's no to cramming in clients every day and turning up to work to clients that booked at 3am for treatments they don't need. Its personalised treatment plans, it's early finishes to pick up my son from school, it's building client relationships that are based on trust.
Theres probably more I could add to this list...

I was absolutely that girl…
Leaving it too late when it came to prepping my skin for a holiday. Sticking on a HA face mask from primark the night before a flight and hoping it would fix my life 😅
I'd have that mini panic about breaking out, or my skin already feeling dehydrated before I even stepped out into holiday sunshine.
What I’ve learned now is this…
You don’t build good skin last minute.

It’s made me take a wide step back and look at what’s happening with women and how/when they decide to book an aesthetic appointment.
