This client came to me with previously placed lip filler from another clinic that had lost its shape and definition.

Rather than adding more filler on top, we chose to dissolve, reset and rebuild.

The aim wasn’t to make her lips bigger — it was to create better structure, more definition and a shape that worked with her natural features.

Midface restoration is all about structure, not just filling space 💉

Over time, changes in facial volume and bone density can cause the cheek to lose its natural projection, creating a visible mid-cheek partition and deepening the nasolabial fold. 

For this treatment, the focus was:

✨ Restoring apex projection to gently lift the cheekbone

✨ Blending the mid-cheek partition for a smooth, continuous contour

✨ Softening the piriform shadow at the nasolabial fold without over-filling 

Notice how supporting the midface also softened the tear trough area, creating a completely refreshed, natural outcome.
