Sometimes I just need a lie down in my yoga studio… 😵‍💫

I created this space to help women look and feel good, but some days I end up needing the calm just as much as everyone else.

If I’m not thinking about how to make my aesthetics business better, I’m thinking about the studio or the space hire. If I’m not thinking about that, I’m thinking about the washing, cleaning, house renovations, the dog, my never-ending to-do list… and somehow my brain still finds room for another 50 thoughts. 😅 Throw perimenopause into the mix and it really turns the volume up.

How on earth do women do all of this with kids too? You honestly deserve a medal. 😂

One of the questions I’m asked most is…
