A little life and clinic update đ¤

Turning 43 made me stop and take a breath.
I love what I have built, but Iâm learning that life cannot be all workâand that growing the clinic doesnât mean carrying every part of it alone.
Iâm incredibly proud of the team weâre building. Women who genuinely care about how you feel when you walk through our door, who listen properly and never make you feel pressured into a treatment.
Behind the scenes, weâre also creating simpler ways for you to care for your face, skin and body consistentlyâwith honest advice, realistic expectations and a plan that works for you.
A new season. The same care. Just more support around meâand more to come.

Please can we normalise this?
Our space was created to help with face, body and skin but it was also created to help you relax and take a little breath between the heart beats đ¤
âSorry, I have plans.â đ¤
The plans: an hour on the facial bed, my phone on silent, and someone else looking after me for a change.
That monthly facial is my time to switch off, catch my breath and do something just for me. Good skin is lovely. The chance to pause is pretty lovely too.
When was the last time you booked an hour just for you? â¨
September has a funny way of making us feel like we should have our whole life, face and body âback on trackâ by Monday.
You donât need to be fixed. You donât need a drastic change. And you definitely do not need to know the name of the treatment before you come in.
You just need an honest conversation about what has changed, what is bothering you, and what is actually worth your time and money.
For some women that is skin quality and hydration. For others it is the lower face, neck, body texture or a stubborn area that has been there despite doing all the sensible things. We look at the whole picture and build a plan from there.
