Our TMJ clinical massage in West Bridgford works on the muscles that control your jaw, using three techniques:

✔️ Intraoral massage reaches the deep jaw muscles you can't access from outside the face. It's always done with your consent and a nitrile glove.
✔️ Myofascial release eases restrictions around the jaw, temples, cheeks and neck.
✔️ Trigger point therapy releases the knots in your neck and shoulders that can send pain up into your jaw and head.

Your first 70-minute visit includes a full consultation and assessment. You'll leave with a personalised treatment plan and aftercare advice. Many clients are referred to us by their dentist.
