The start of August nails 😍😍😍

How has August arrived already?! I can here the slight whisper of the BER months 🤣🙌🏻

Summer holidays are in full swing, so if you’re trying to squeeze in some “me time” while the kids are off, I’ve still got a few appointments available. 💅

It’s a busy month here too with lots of birthdays… including mine! 🥳

I’ll also be taking a little break from 21st August and will be back on 1st September, so if you need your nails doing before then, pop me a message to get booked in. 🤍

Being a nail tech has its ups and downs but when you can do your own nails like this… just about tops it 😍… even if I do absolutely hate doing my own nails 🙈🤣

💅☀️ A Little Note About Next Week’s Heatwave ☀️💅

With the amber heat warnings forecast for next week, I wanted to give my nail clients a quick update.

As lovely as the sunshine is, nail products definitely don’t enjoy the heat (me either 🤣)! High temperatures can affect how products behave and cure, making treatments a little trickier than usual. I’ll have the air conditioning running in the nail room to keep the temperature as stable and comfortable as possible.

On a personal note, I’m also currently dealing with a flare-up of my hives 💔 and unfortunately the heat doesn’t do them any favours. I’m working through it as best I can and thankfully, I’ve been allowed to go back on the immunotherapy injections. They’re just taking a while to get back into my system💛

I’m still planning to work as normal, but if you’d feel more comfortable rearranging your appointment to a cooler day, please just drop me a message and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Thank you all for your understanding, patience and continued support. Now let’s hope the nail products (and I!) survive the heatwave! 😅💅☀️
