Meet Debbie 😊

This is a hard one … writing about myself 🤣

So …

You’ll usually find me at the front of the salon, chatting to clients, keeping an eye on everything and attempting to keep the whole show on the road! 😂

Things I love ❤️

✈️ Travelling — give me sunshine and a holiday and I’m happy

💪 The gym — I love feeling fit and strong

❤️ Family, friends and spending time with my favourite people (preferably involving good food and w**e!)

Things you’ll see me doing 👀

🦢 Paddling like a swan — calm and collected on the surface, legs going ten to the dozen underneath!

💬 Chatting to clients — after all these years, I still love a good catch-up and love the fact I have a bond with so many clients

🧩 Problem solving — if something needs sorting, somehow it usually finds its way to me!

Fun facts about me 🤭

✈️ Before salon life, I was a British Airways hostie — which probably explains my love of travel and talking to everyone

❤️ I’m definitely the mum of the salon — part organiser, part counsellor, part nag… and always trying my best to look out for everyone!

❤️ I met Sean when I was 18 — he was my hairdresser’s apprentice… and the rest, as they say, is history! 😂✂️

😂 I don’t take myself too seriously and firmly believe a good sense of humour gets you through most things

But without doubt, one of the best parts of salon life is our team. I’m incredibly proud of them and genuinely love working alongside such a talented, funny and slightly bonkers bunch — they’re what makes the salon what it is. ❤️

Selina is part of our front of house team 😀

🩷 she loves

•Welcoming new clients and watching their hair transformations. 😍

•Catching up with our wonderful regular clients

•Looking after a busy reception desk

🩷 you’ll also find her …

•Fast-tracking bookings with her favourite Salon IQ hacks

•Moonlighting as the team’s resident Agony Aunt

•Making sure Debbie and I stay caffeinated and hydrated throughout the day. Eloise needs no help - she is all over it! 🤣

🎵Salon playlist: Taylor Swift radio/R&B throwbacks

☕️Coffee: Americano with milk and a scoop of Glowwa Collagen Creamer 🩵

😀Fun fact: Completely plant-obsessed. My rule is: the more plants, the better. And no, I cannot stop.
