Ollie has been coming to Soothe for the past six months after a difficult experience at a previous salon left him understandably apprehensive about putting his trust in someone new.
Having struggled with his skin for quite some time, our focus has been on taking things slowly, calming his skin and supporting the health and strength of his skin barrier 🌿
We absolutely love having Ollie at Soothe, and we’re so grateful that he’s happy to share his journey with us.
We know just how daunting it can feel to ask for help with your skin, especially when there’s that little voice in your head wondering, “What if I make it worse?”

An absolutely beautiful and luxurious treatment from start to finish. I went in with quite dry, tired looking skin, and the HydraFacial gave it an instant refresh my skin felt so hydrated, smooth and glowing afterwards. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and indulgent. The treatment room was perfect, with such a calm and tranquil atmosphere, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I also loved that all the products used were completely natural, which made the treatment feel even more special. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed and completely pampered. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. A truly wonderful experience I can’t wait to return!

We’re so excited to welcome Natalia to the team as we step into an exciting new chapter at Soothe 🌿
Having recently completed her degree in Aesthetics, Natalia will also be offering some of our advanced treatments, including SMARTMeso, Sunekos and Profhilo®.
What she loves most about working with skin is being able to support clients through a wide range of skin concerns, helping them understand their skin and, most importantly, feel more confident in it ✨
Natalia shares everything we believe in at Soothe, taking the time to listen, looking at the individual and creating an approach that’s personal to you.
