❤️ How did you find out about me?

I started going to Carol through word of mouth and recommendation.

❤️ What was your reason for coming?

I had always been keen to look after my skin but felt the products I was using weren't really doing the job for me.
On discussion with Carol I moved to Nimue skin care. She is incredibly knowledgeable on all Nimue products and how they would benefit the individuals skin but does not encourage you to invest in products that will not give something back.

❤️ How do you feel now?

I have been using Nimue for 7 years and would not consider changing to anything else.

❤️ How did you find out about me?

Sophie:
I found out about you through friends and family going to you and recommending you!

Carolyn:
I’ve known you for years and you have always known what’s best for my skin.

❤️ What was your reason for coming?

Sophie:
I had tried everything with my skin… you name it! I was at my wits end with how to help the pain and soreness of spots.

Carolyn:
I genuinely can’t remember my reason for coming to you initially as it was so long ago but now I come back regularly for the facials.

❤️ How do you feel now?

Sophie:
I am so happy I go to you regularly! I’ve never felt better in my skin, I rarely wear make up!!
I remember first time I came to you I said
"I’d just love to go to the shop with no makeup on and feel confident"
Now I wear tinted SPF out for drinks 🤣🤣 Honestly best decision ever!!

Carolyn:
My skin feels great now, I love the Nimue products they feel so good on the skin.

❤️ How did you find out about me?

Jasmin:
I was recommended by someone who has been to Carol before and I also looked at the results she had shared on social media.

Ellen:
I found out about you from Jasmin, recommendation from a friend.

❤️ What was your reason for coming?

Jasmin:
My skin was terrible, I had red patches, scaring and spots. It was irritated and irritating me. It is something I have struggled with for years and really impacts my confidence and I wanted to do something to change that.

Ellen:
My reason for coming was i had itchy, textured skin that flared up red and hot at times and I wanted to get it under control and gain my confidence back.

❤️ How do you feel now?

Jasmin:
My skin has improved lots, I have less redness and the texture has improved. Although I do still have flare ups with spots due to hormones it is much better and I am slowly getting my confidence back.

Ellen:
I feel like I understand my skin better and that I finally have a routine and products that genuinly work and make my skin glow and make me feel confident to go makeup free 90% of the time.

❤️ How did you find out about me?

Marion:
I watched my daughter’s journey with Carol and it was incredibly positive so I started attending Cmac over 6 years ago and am grateful to have discovered her talents.

Karen:
I found out about you from my friend Marion.

❤️ What was your reason for coming?

Marion:
I was seeing changes to the radiance/tone in my skin and at that stage, being in my early 50’s and definitely menopausal, I was also aware of lines on my face getting deeper, I wanted to slow down the appearance of ageing as delicately and as non evasive as possible, Carol certainly knew how to help.

Karen:
Her skin was and still does look amazing!

Marion:
I feel I am doing the very best I can for my skin and being in the safe hands of Carol’s expertise has made me feel better about myself.

Karen:
I feel my skin is the best it has ever been. Can't beleive I've been using Nimue for 6 years now after trying so many different products previously.

For me, this award is so much more than a title -
It reflects the sheer number of amazing clients I’m lucky enough to see day in, day out, who trust me with their skin, value my guidance, and continue to show such incredible loyalty to my business. That trust means everything, and it’s something I never, ever take for granted.

I absolutely love what I do. Helping people improve their skin health, build confidence, and feel better in their own skin is what drives me every day and being able to do that for so many wonderful clients is something I’m hugely grateful for.
