What are your top tips to cool down in this awful humidity?

The Police are now saying if you see a dog locked in a car in hot weather, take a picture of the dog and the car. If someone is with you, get them to bring up the weather for your area on their phone so you can screen shot the temp, THEN break the car window. This way, you will not be charged with criminal damage and it gives the police photo evidence to take the dog owners to court.
Can everyone please copy and paste this information to prevent this cruel act from happening?

How’s everyone coping in this heat? ☀️

As a food importer by day it reached 31° today in the office. No aircon. I was fine til about 3pm when you could noticeably feel the temp increase. 🥵

I was at Asda yesterday, this miserable looking cashier was on the check-out, face like a slapped backside and all the charisma of a jellied eel. I came to pay, I had only bought milk and bread but had no change.
"£2.20 please"
"Sorry this is all I've got," as I handed her a £20 note.
"Haven't you got anything smaller, 'cos it will take all my change, and I don't want to count out £17.80?" she replied and pulled a stroppy face.
"I've got nothing, if that helps," I replied...she didn't get it so I thought sod it, I'll pay by card.
"Shall I pay by card?" I asked.
"Don't do me no favours," she snapped.
I kept my cool and just put my PIN in.
"Cash back?" she asked sarcastically.
I couldn't resist it... "Oh yes, £17.80 please."
