July you’ve been personal..

July has been a hard month.. so I smothered it with beautiful time with beautiful people.. and the gym!

No pics of my work this month.. cause quite simply you see enough of that 😂 but here’s how I fill my cup back up to provide you with the best treatments and services 💫

I’ve still been working hard in the background on something that’s gonna hopefully be my missing piece of the jigsaw but until then, here’s my July dump full of wedding anniversary, our Mabel, my family, special tattoo for a bestie, my nephew and girlfriend revealing their baby gender (I’m gonna be a great aunt! 😳😍) and my one and only best friend, my hubby, on our country Chris Stapleton night out.. what a night.. 🤠

If you can let self doubt get in your head.. shut it up anyway you can.. for me it’s pics and statements.. I have them printed around my dressing room 😂 I’m visual so it works for me.. honestly don’t knock it till you try it
