‼️IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT BACK TO SCHOOL HAIRCUTS ‼️

The school holidays are nearly over, which means it’s time for all those lovely “back to school” haircuts! ✂️📚

Unfortunately, I’ve already come across a few cases of head lice, so I just wanted to politely ask all parents to please check your child’s hair before their appointment. 🫶

If you do find any head lice, please treat them before coming into the shop and reschedule their haircut once they’ve been treated.

I’d really hate to have to turn anyone away on the day, especially with the excitement of getting ready for the new school year, but I also need to avoid the risk of cross contamination and passing on to others.

There’s absolutely no judgement if you do find them,, head lice happen and they can be incredibly easy to pick up, especially around school and nursery age. ❤️

A little note for parents who have children booked in for haircuts during this extreme heat ☀️🥵

For some children, especially those with sensory needs, the combination of heat, suncream and hair can be a lot to cope with. The shop can get quite warm, and I’d much rather your little ones have a calm, comfortable experience than feel overwhelmed or upset.

If you feel your child would cope better on a cooler day, please don’t worry about moving your appointment,, I completely understand 💙

Their comfort comes first, and I’ll always do my best to make haircuts a positive experience ☺️
