Yes this can happen no matter which hair brand you use or the quality of the hair. And yes this can happen even if you are brunette.
There are products you can use like Malibu c which will help restore the colour and remove the build up of hard water & chemicals.
BUT if you are going away, I would usually recommend waiting until you are home to have your new set fitted 🤍

New hair day for sophie 🐻 and it’s BLOODY GORGEOUS!!!
I mixed in jet black with some 1b as my client dyes her hair and as it fades, it can get a reddy tone to it (which is soooo common) so by adding in some 1b will allow it to fade but ALWAYS match 😮💨
