✨ Reiki in Motion is now live ✨

I said when life settled down a little, I’d finally share this… and after a house move, a lot of juggling, and finding my feet again, it feels like the right time.

Over the past year I’ve become increasingly interested in how stress, overwhelm and emotions are held in the body. Reiki in Motion is my way of bringing together gentle movement, energy work and relaxation to create a treatment that helps you reconnect with yourself.

It’s difficult to explain exactly what Reiki feels like because everyone’s experience is different. Some people leave feeling lighter, calmer and clearer. Others simply enjoy having an hour where they don’t need to be anything for anyone else.

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating space for your body and mind to slow down, reset and breathe.

Bookings are now open through my booking system, and I’m excited to finally share this offering with you all. 🤍
