Today was my first day back after maternity leave… and what a day it was. 🤍

The alarm went off before the sun, coffee in hand, cuddles squeezed in where I could, and a few deep breaths before walking back through the clinic door.

It felt strange leaving the house exciting, emotional, and honestly a little surreal.yet stepping back into a role I love reminded me why I do what I do.

Today’s diary looked something like this:
✨ Morning cuddles with my little one.
✨ telling Ethan mind feed Sheldon 🐢
✨ Few tears and hugs from my amazing partner telling me everything is under control on the way out the door
✨ Back in clinic, catching up with wonderful clients.
✨ Lots of laughter, conversations, and helping people feel confident in their own skin.
✨ Home for more cuddles, bedtime stories, and reflecting on a very full day.

Returning to work after becoming a mum again comes with a mix of emotions. There’s guilt, excitement, nerves, and gratitude all wrapped into one. But today my heart feels incredibly full.

I’m so grateful to every client who welcomed me back with kindness, patience, and lovely messages. Thank you for supporting my little business and allowing me to do something I’m truly passionate about while building a beautiful life for my family.

Here’s to this new chapter—finding balance, embracing the chaos, and appreciating every moment, both in clinic and at home. 💕✨
