Emrys_Asana_Yoga

I've become one of those sourdough people... Only took me about 10 years !

Who knows what's next, maybe I'll start dressing like a hobbit too!

It has been a little minute since I had my teaching hat on! But here we go. Super excited to announce I'll be back at the lovely No.87 from the 14th of March.

This flow is aimed at anyone who needs to move their body. A complete beginner or Well practiced yogis can all benefit from this flow. The class will have a similar structure each week, working deeply with breath to release tensions and help with Nervous system regulation. We will move through our asanas with breath and take time in each one. The class will end with a guided meditation and a lovely savasana. Perfect to kick off a nice relaxing weekend.

Please book on the website https://www.pembrokeyoga.com/booking

or contact me directly. Spaces are limited so please do let us know if you would like to come along

Getting cozy in the Roundhouse 🛖

It's been a little while, but just wanted to let you all know we are doing well and loving life with a Little Master Merlin.

Can't believe he's almost 7 months old !! I'm looking forward to getting back to teaching some yoga, making some crafts and cooking some delicious food.

Keep your eyes posted for new events and projects coming soon. Xx

It's been a hot minute but finally feel like we are coming up for air. Merlin is doing swell and we are feeling a bit more like ourselves these days. Looking forward to getting back on the mat and teaching in a little while.

Welcome to the world Merlin bach , so happy to finally meet you in real life. You got some very happy parents who will shower you with all the love we posses.

Found a couple of steaks in the woods this morning 😁

Spending time in the woods is not optional for me... It's necessary. I love visiting the same places over different parts of the year to see how it grows and chances with the seasons. This place is pure magic and definitely on my top 5 list of forests in the world.
