This client had noticable lines on one side of her face, which is something I see all the time, sometimes due to sleeping on the same side night after night.

We used a cannula to gently work under the skin and release those tight fibres that cause that etched-in look, then added a soft hyaluronic acid filler from the Saypha range to hydrate and smooth the area.

This client wanted bigger lips but what bothered her most was the asymmetry to one side of her upper lip.

In the before you can see one side sitting flatter with less projection. Simply adding filler evenly would have exaggerated that imbalance.

So I:
• Built support into the weaker side
• Rebalanced projection
• Enhanced overall volume

Result? Fuller lips with improved symmetry without looking overdone.

⚠️ Photos taken immediately after treatment swelling and minor bruising are normal. Final settled result at around 2 weeks.
