A LITTLE OiOi APPOINTMENT PSA ⏰✂️

We’ve got a tiny favour to ask…

Please try not to arrive too early for your appointment. 😂

We completely understand wanting to be organised — and we love that about you — but arriving 15, 20, sometimes even 30+ minutes early can actually make things a little tricky for us.

Our day is structured around your appointment times. Between clients, we’re fitting in lunch, phone calls, messages, admin, cleaning, stock, coffee breaks and all the other boring-but-important stuff that keeps OiOi running.

So if your appointment is at 2:00pm, that time has been specifically set aside for you.

If you arrive at 1:30pm, there’s a good chance we’re still finishing with another client, having lunch, on the phone or desperately trying to eat a biscuit without someone asking us a question. 😂

The sweet spot is arriving around 5 minutes before your appointment.
Enough time to get settled, but not so early that you’re sat watching us eat our lunch. 👀

And of course, if you’re a little early, no problem at all — we just ask that you bear in mind that we may not be ready for you until your booked time.

Your appointment time is yours, and we want to make sure you get the full time, attention and service you’ve booked for.

So… 5 minutes early = perfect.
30 minutes early = please go get a coffee. 😂☕️

After a summer of adventures, questionable decisions and far too much time in America… Aaron is finally back behind the chair! 😂

Aaron returns to the tools at OiOi Studio from Wednesday 19th August and he’s ready to get back to doing what he does best — making you look less feral. 💈

Wednesday 19th August. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

Life’s been a little chaotic… in the best way. ❤️✂️

If you’ve noticed we’ve been a bit quiet on social media lately, we promise we haven’t disappeared!

The last couple of months have been absolutely manic. Between keeping the shop running flat out, making sure every client leaves looking and feeling their best, and juggling everything happening behind the scenes, social media has definitely taken a back seat.

A quick catch-up…

💍 Alex got married (still getting used to saying “husband”!).

🇺🇸 Aaron is spending the summer over in America making the most of the experience before he’s back behind the chair.

🐶 We’ve also got a new four-legged family member arriving soon, which we’re ridiculously excited about.

🚀 And we’ve got some exciting new projects in the works that we can’t wait to share with you.

Most importantly though… thank you. Our incredible clients have kept us unbelievably busy, and we genuinely couldn’t ask for better support. Every appointment, recommendation, like, comment and conversation means the world to us.

We’re back, we’ve got loads to share, and there are some exciting things coming to OiOi Studio over the next few months.
