Tuesday 4th at 4pm (taken)
Wednesday 5th at 12.30pm (taken) and 3.30pm
Thursday 6th at 12pm and 4.30pm.

Sunday evening self care.

My Sunday evening bath tonight was very much a self care time out.

Temple Spa is sold by two very lovely friends of mine - Mandy Milne and Kirsty MacPherson-Blyth, so please check out their pages too!), catching up on my magazine subscription from The Simple Things, whilst listening to the amazing Music for Healing by Gareth Malone. And obvs the wine and chocolate are necessary too!

We are all so busy with life in general, please make sure you take time for yourself too.
