Ever thought about trying Yoga? 🧘‍♀️

This Saturday we’re hosting a FREE Yoga Day, and at 11:30am we have Beginners Yoga — the perfect session for anyone who’s never tried Yoga before or simply wants to give it a go.

It’s a great opportunity to learn some new movements, methods and techniques in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Our sessions are:

9:30am – Ashtanga Yoga
10:30am – Breathwork
11:30am – Beginners Yoga
12:30pm – Breathwork

Yoga is a fantastic addition to your fitness routine, and Beginners Yoga is a great place to start.

I’m so excited to share that, from Tuesday 21st July , I’ll be relocating my business to Rodney Fitness Centre!

I’ll be based upstairs in my own beautiful treatment room, with stunning views over the gardens and river Tay, peaceful, relaxing atmosphere—perfect for all your treatments, whether you’re coming for cuppa therapy ☕️ or simply taking some well-deserved time for yourself.

I can’t wait to welcome both my existing and new clients to my new space and continue helping you feel your very best.

📚🎉 1st July… and tomorrow the school holidays officially begin! 😅☀️
Just a little reminder that this is my last week in the salon before I head off for 2 weeks to enjoy some well-deserved family time (and no doubt hear “Muuuum!” at least 500 times a day! 🤣).

It’s been a busy month, and I’m finally getting used to being back on my feet again after surgery – so I’m really looking forward to a little downtime.
