We don't feel we should have to justify our prices, but we'd like to offer some perspective.

Like every other industry, our costs have increased over time, so our prices have had to reflect that. When our work is compared purely on price, it can feel quite disheartening because it overlooks the service, commitment, and time we put into every customer.

We regularly work until 9pm, open the shop at 6:30am on Saturdays, and start at 8am on Sundays to fit people in. We don't charge extra for out-of-hours appointments because we know flexibility matters, but we also value our time, our skills, and the sacrifices we make away from our families to accommodate our customers.

All we ask is that our industry and our work are treated with the same respect as any other profession. Working 60-hour weeks comes with sacrifices, and we believe those sacrifices should also be recognised and rewarded.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support and appreciate what we do—it never goes unnoticed.

🚨 Friendly reminder... your barber isn't a mind reader! 😅

If you can't make your appointment, please let us know.

Every appointment is time set aside especially for you. When someone doesn't turn up or cancels at the last minute, that time is usually impossible to fill, which means our barbers lose out.

We totally understand that life happens—that's why we ask for just 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We do our best to be understanding, but we can't keep absorbing the cost of missed appointments.

Just like you'd respect the time of your dentist, doctor, or any other professional, we'd really appreciate the same courtesy. Barbering is our profession, our livelihood, and our time matters too.

Don't forget—you receive a booking confirmation by text and email, plus another reminder 24 hours before your appointment, so there are plenty of reminders.

Please don't put us in the awkward position of chasing cancellation fees. A quick message goes a long way and gives someone else the chance to book your slot.

We love looking after you all, and we're grateful for every client who supports us. Thank you for respecting our time as much as we respect yours. ❤️✂️

💈Customer Notice

From 1st July, a number of our services will be adjusted, and our prices will be increased in line with rising operational costs that we, like many others, are currently experiencing.

We sincerely value your continued custom and appreciate your understanding that such changes are never made lightly, and affect both our clients and our business.

As with any business, large or small, we must meet the ongoing costs required to operate and maintain the quality of service we provide.
