One of the things I hear the most is…

“I just want to look like me…but on a really good day.” And in all honestly? That’s my favourite brief. My goal isn’t to make you look like a different person, it’s to create the version of you that feels well, like you!🩷 Think skin that looks like skin, soft definition, and makeup that still feels like you when you look in the mirror.

✨ And if that’s your vibe, we’re probably a perfect match!

A little behind the scenes from a recent shoot 🤍

I’ve been so busy on set, with all of my gorgeous brides and being a live in nurse/chef & hospital appointment chauffeur for my fiancé who decided to break his leg 😂… that I’ve fallen sliiiightly behind on admin and sharing all the beautiful weddings I’ve been part of lately (let’s be honest, when am I ever ahead) but I PROMISE they’re coming!

One thing I’ve recently added to my kit is the Lisa Eldridge Skin Tint, and I’m genuinely obsessed. It gives the most beautiful your skin, just EVEN better finish. It’s lightweight, radiant and perfect for those of you who still want to look like themselves, just with that little extra glow that lasts.

You don’t have to tell me I sound like a broken record when I say this..I’m fully aware 🤣 BUT also working as a fashion & commercial makeup artist means I have a really decent grasp of how to make your makeup read well on camera too. Now don’t get me wrong, you’ll never hear me say we can cover texture, because firstly texture is NORMAL and everyone has it, it’s not something to shy away from. I’m also not going to tell you that you won’t see the makeup on your skin…I’m not a magician! But, understanding how natural light, flash, 4K lenses and everything in between see your face? That’s my love language 💌

A tiny bit of sunshine and suddenly bridal season doesn’t feel so far away. Nothing gets me more excited than brighter mornings & a diary filling up with gorgeous bridal mornings again! ✨ (Does this have a lot to do with there actually being natural light to do makeup in at 7am soon and not having to trip over a ring light wire every 30 seconds…yes, yes it ABSOLUTELY does)

I’m feeling really grateful that I’ve had a super last few weeks. I’ve met some lovely brides for their makeup previews, shot a Mother’s Day commercial for Sainsbury’s, a hair care & skincare video shoot & finished the week off with a few days shooting fashion for TU clothing... & here’s one of the gorgeous faces I got to work on. Wedding day skin vibes right?! That being said my admins taken a bit 👀 of a hit! I’m having a (I think well deserved!) restful weekend, then I’ll be on admin on Monday morning having a good old catch up! So please keep an eye on your inbox if you’re waiting for a reply for me. This also means this weekend is a FAB time to get any enquiries in for 2026 💌

Looking like you, just married 🤍 Same smile, same personality, same face, just with long lasting makeup & a new ring to show for it (and you know, a lifetime commitment & a the relief of not having to wedding plan anymore 😉) Photography

Photography Bridal makeup in my opinion, isn’t just everyday makeup but a bit fancier; it’s about longevity (hello 12-hour plus wear), day light into disco lights, all the emotions of the day and looking like YOU when you’re having those precious memories captured in photos & film. That’s why finding the right makeup artist for you really does matter. You want someone who listens & understands your vision. It’s your day, and bridal makeup doesn’t look the same for everyone. You need someone that knows how to make your makeup last right up through your vows, hugs from family members who don’t understand to avoid your face as you’ve had your makeup done…& ALL the happy tears. Maybe even and if you’re anything like me on a dance floor, an inadequate attempt at the worm. Save this for later & get in touch if fresh & modern makeup is your vibe (I promise I won’t do the worm 🐛)

Pro tip for your makeup preview, wear the same colour you’re wearing on your wedding day. White, creams, ivory, champagnes (& everything in between, the same goes even if you’re rocking a black dress!) can totally change how your makeup reads. Think of it like a full dress rehearsal, but for your face! No surprises on the day; just perfectly in tune tones 🤍

I often get asked if I have any wedding mornings advice. So, apart from the obvious, make sure you get a good nights sleep, do any ironing & steaming the night before & of course to ACTUALLY enjoy yourself; my biggest tip is to have a wedding morning emergency kit. Here’s some of my suggestions on what to pop in (just incase!) - Sewing kit, scissors (there’s always tags & hanger loops that get forgotten about) dress tape, crochet hook (for fiddly little buttons) tissues, stain remover wipes/pen, eyelash glue, eye drops, plasters (bonus point for blister plasters…someone will need them), deodorant, mouthwash, mini perfume, mints. Just to name a few! I always have my appropriately named “Oh Sh*t kit” with me on wedding mornings, so don’t panic if you forget anything! Photography

This is that “I drink lemon water, sleep 12 hours & have zero stress” GLOW. (Even though let’s be honest, it’s your wedding day…you’ve slept 12 hours in the last week, you’re surviving off a single croissant & pure adrenaline; and you never want to see a spreadsheet ever again) If this is your vibe, let’s make your wedding morning this glowy 💌✨
