There are days when I don’t feel like training.

There are days when work is busy, the house needs attention, my children need me and the easiest thing to do would be to tell myself, “I’ll do it tomorrow.”

Sometimes tomorrow becomes next week.
I’ve learned that if I keep waiting until I feel motivated, I’ll spend my life waiting.

Taking care of myself has become part of who I am. It gives me the energy to show up for my family, my clients and myself in the way I want to.

I’ve realised something over the years. The women who give so much to everyone else often become the last person on their own list.

I know how easy that is because I’ve been there too.
