If you're managing a chronic health condition, it's important you stay hydrated in this hot weather. Healthy p*e should be a pale straw colour* We know plain water can be boring - you could try a cool herbal tea or diluted fruit juice instead. And remember, food can also hydrate you - a side salad with tomatoes and cucumbers or a few slices of melon with your breakfast all add to your fluid intake.
