After two full days of training, I'm proud to announce that I've completed my Mental Health First Aider training & qualified as a Mental Health First Aider!
This course has given me the tools to recognise the signs of poor mental health, have open conversations about mental wellbeing, and signpost people to the right support services.
As someone who regularly speaks with clients about their lives and emotions, I've taken my ability to support them to the next level.
My aim is to create a safe, confidential environment where people feel comfortable discussing their mental health.
