After spending the week living as a mermaid, here’s my top tips for enjoying the sea
1. Get your sen in!
2. Rinse with fresh water after swimming in the sea
3. Separate your dreadlocks to avoid merging
4. Restore hydration by using oil to lock in moisture with a nice palm roll to keep those babies in shape
