✨ Important Update – Appointment Policy ✨
To help protect our small business and our team's time, we will be introducing a new appointment policy.
From now on, if an appointment is missed, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, a deposit will be required before we can book any future appointments.
This isn't a decision we've taken lightly, and it's certainly not something we wanted to introduce. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on small businesses like ours. Empty appointment slots are often impossible to fill at short notice, which affects both our stylists and the salon.
Unfortunately, if you arrive too late, we may not have enough time to complete your service to the standard you deserve without delaying other clients. In these situations, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
We completely understand that emergencies can happen, and we will always do our best to be fair and understanding when genuine circumstances arise.
We'd like to say a huge thank you to all of our wonderful customers who continue to support us, arrive for their appointments, and give us plenty of notice if they need to make changes. Your loyalty and understanding mean the world to us and help keep our small business thriving. ❤️
Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

☀️ Heatwave Notice for Our Customers ☀️
With extreme temperatures predicted this week by the Met Office, the safety and wellbeing of both our customers and staff remains our top priority.
We will be monitoring the situation closely and assessing conditions on a day-to-day basis. Should any changes to our opening hours or appointments become necessary, we will contact affected customers as soon as possible and keep everyone updated via our social media channels.
We kindly ask everyone to take extra care during the hot weather, stay hydrated, and allow a little extra time when travelling to appointments.
If you would prefer to rearrange your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. ❤️
